REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our 7-day return policy below.

1. 7-Day Return Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria:
Unopened & Unused: The item must be completely unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
Original Packaging: It must be in its original, undamaged packaging, with all tags, seals, and inserts intact.
Resalable Condition The item must be in a 100% resalable condition. Any item that is damaged, opened, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for a refund.

3. Return Shipping Costs (Customer Responsibility)
Buyer's Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Non-Refundable Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Tracking Recommendation: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for packages lost in transit during return shipping.

4. How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our customer support team at yizhen0017@163.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the unopened item and its packaging.
3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the original shipping address without our prior approval.

5. Inspection and Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product.

Approved Returns If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Rejected Returns: If the item is found to be opened, used, or not in a resalable condition, the refund will be rejected, and the item can be shipped back to you at your expense.
